As the teardown trend continues, smart homeowners are capitalizing on selling everything! This sale will feature furnishings and decor as well as french doors, decking, a full kitchen with appliances, lighting and bathroom fixtures.
IMPORTANT: All fixtures (decking, windows, doors, kitchen cabinets, vanities, lighting, appliances) must be removed from the house by the buyer. These items are currently installed and must be taken apart by the buyer or someone representing the buyer during the pick up times listed below. We cannot arrange for another time to tear out, disassemble or remove these items as the house is scheduled for tear down on Monday morning following the weekend pick up. If you have any questions, please ask before bidding.
