Richard David Freedman was a distinguished professor at NYU Stern School of Business for over 40 years, specializing in organizational behavior, organizational analysis, and management education. Renowned for his excellence in teaching, he received the NYU Distinguished Teaching Award and was recognized as one of the best professors in BusinessWeek's Guide to the Best Business Schools.
Professor Freedman was an accomplished scholar and author, publishing extensively in top academic journals. He also held key administrative positions, including Vice Dean of MBA Programs and Chairman of the Management Department.
