BRG is pleased to offer the contents of the estate of Mariella ("Mimsy") Blackwood Mason of Fearrington Village in Pittsboro, NC. This beautifully kept and impeccably maintained estate home was filled with period antiques, fine furniture, art, rugs, sterling silver, and decorative arts. Rounding out this estate collection is a nice assortment of estate jewelry and vintage furs. This is a true estate sale auction with something for everyone. Happy bidding!
About Mimsy:
Originally of Wilton, CT, Mimsy graduated with a MA in teaching and a BA in English Literature from Columbia University in New York. She was a lifelong educator whose career as a college administrator brought her to Florida where she met her husband, the late Kenneth B. Mason, Jr. Throughout her life, Mimsy traveled extensively throughout Europe and Asia. The couple eventually settled into retirement in Fearrington Village.
