We love pets at BRG and we hope you do too!
BRG is delighted to offer our Abandoned Items and Lots Charity Auction with 100% of net proceeds directly benefitting the Connecticut Humane Society. In the coarse of doing business we have items in our auctions that are never picked up by winning bidders. These items make up the vast majority of this auction.
PLEASE NOTE: the puppies / dogs featured in the auction lot imagery are NOT part of the auction. Please visit the CT Humane Society to see what animals are available for adoption.
The Connecticut Humane Society is the oldest animal welfare organization in CT and helps thousands of pets each year. They are an independent non-profit organization and receives no government or national humane organization funding. As a result, the CT Humane Society relies donor support. They envision: "A Connecticut where each companion animal finds a permanent, compassionate home, where communities are enriched by the special bond between people and animals, and where animal cruelty no longer exists." They are the leading resource in CT for companion animal welfare, and provide adoption services, medical care, education, and prevention of cruelty.
Additionally, a few of BRG's business connections donated items/services including: photo shoot for the auction's promotion by A Corporate Image of Shelton, CT; furniture by designer, Matthew Tyrell; a mid-century piece from The Local Vault; gift certificates to local businesses from Connoiseur Media; a designer leash and collar from thebuddhadog.com.
Happy bidding!
