Walter E. Bohl (American, 1907-1990) Original drypoint etching signed, titled, and numbered in pencil by the artist c.1935. “Wisconsin Grouse” features a well executed rendering of a hound amidst a field facing toward a pair of pheasants and a tree. Evidence of the plate’s impression adding to the aesthetic. Framed beneath glass in a lovely 2 tone frame with an off white mat to compliment the imagery. Label en verso
Condition: In good overall condition with expected signs of age and use. Backing is lifting off from frame but does not hinder its hanging ability.
