Eva Zeisel was born in Hungary and immigrated to the United States where she became known as a designer whom primarily worked in ceramics approximately around the time she emigrated to the U.S.
"A self-described "maker of useful things", Eva's designs are playful yet practical and were inspired by her own personal relationships and the natural world around her."
The lot includes glazed earthenware with a cream glazed finish.
Included within the lot are:
- A water pitcher of elegant form. Marked "Raymor Fine China / Walker China Co. / Bedford, Ohio" underfoot.

- A cream glazed earthenware bowl with undulating trim and raised on a circular foot ring.

- 4 oval form dishes with stylized lip form handles at one end.
Raised on circular foot rings.

Condition: There are minor nics to the trim and dust stains which could likely be cleaned with a wash. Overall each piece is wonderfully formed with an elegant profile. All present well.
