US Supreme Court Justice Felix Frankfurter inscribed and signed New York Bar Association Annual Dinner program. Dated January 28, 2961, the front cover of the program is inscribed to Dorothy Belknap, wife of Chauncey, with a little note and signed along the bottom. Accompanied with a April 1962 news clipping titled "How Justice Frankfurter Got His Spasm."
Overall good condition with toning to paper. Heavy toning along interior of program where newspaper article was stored.

Provenance: From the estate of Chauncey Belknap, attorney and former US Supreme Court clerk to Oliver Wendall Holmes who served as a World War I lieutenant in the infantry in France assigned to the headquarters of General of the Armies John J. Pershing and later worked for Maj. George C. Marshall.
