Item Description
A trio of abstract figural sculptures, including:
An Aztec Huehueteotl ceramic sculpture holding a pot and wearing a hat braizer, finely detailed with a wrinkled face, large gauge earrings, and a headpiece adorned with a face and bird heads. The face features moving eyes.
A stout tiki stone carving depicting a figure seated with legs crossed and arms at their side, with large eyes and a triangular carved forehead. Features fine geometric carvings on the back.
A reproduction of the Thinker of Cernavoda, depicting a contemplative figure sitting with head resting on hands, sitting on a small rectangular stool.
Condition: All pieces display well with wear commensurate with age; discoloration and surface scratches. The Huehueteotl sculpture has evidence of past repair on the lower left foot. The tiki carving has a moderate scratch in the left knee, and overall surface wear that does not detract from its appeal. The Think of Cernavoda has spots of surface loss at the forehead and left foot, with adhesive residue along the stool.
