Item Description
Each piece marked Dresden underneath. The lot is comprised of an oval, twin handled openwork and hand-painted porcelain basket. Oval basket with hand-painted floral central reserves and band around the exterior with gilt finished bands above and below.
Together with a pair of hand-painted porcelain twin light candelabrum. Both on openwork bases with four short feet. With moulded and hand-painted flowers. Above are floral bud form nozzles with the two light branches above having fabulous moulded and hand-painted flowers and foliate form branches and wax drip cups and nozzles.
Condition
Small chips and losses to the flowers and finely potted moulded pieces tothe candlesticks and wear to the painted and gilt finishes. Small hairline to the base rim of the basket and wear to the painted finish. Wear is commensurate with age and handling.
