Very Good condition with no signs of wear. Frames are all high end professionally done at the highest level. They look like it came out of a showroom, they are probably have never been removed from the wall since they were installed 20 years ago. The home served as a second home for 20 years. There were no children, no pets, UV-protected windows, and a strict no-shoes policy.
