Condition: In sturdy condition with minor scuffs, discoloration, and spots of fabric fraying to the hardcover with a small tear to the fabric at the lower right of the front cover. Spine lifting on the interior top, but does not significantly affect appearance. Ink hand-writing to the fly page. Minimal paper toning, with a few small spots of discoloration.
