Gorgeous vintage oil painting depicting a rural snow scape with several figures seen walking away from the viewer with time worn farm style buildings with chimneys billowing smoke. The barron landscape features a tree on the right hand side, bare of it's leaves. The snow scape has a somber mood but the painter's skill is on full display.
The painting appears to be signed "LLecoq." to the lower right hand corner.
The painting is set in a gorgeous carved and gilt frame. Frame marked on reverse: "Pocker / Applique corner, 22kt yellow gold (match sample, not as antique)"

Condition: There appears to have been two patched and in painted / restored sections of the canvas which can be seen on reverse. The painting displays some signs of craquelure, expecially in the repaired sections and while there is some wear the restoration was well done and the painting presents very well in it's gorgeous frame.
