Item Description
This gorgeous signed and dated "Baker / 2000" art glass bowl has a fun and decorative overall appearance. With moulded blue swirls to the clear body, the footed bowl has a circular form body and rim. The decorative swirls are done with a sophisticated moderation, not overpowering the bowl but rather enhancing the wonderful form.
Baker O'Brien is an established world-class artist. As the sole apprentice of legedary glassmaster Dominick Labino, she has been mixing, melting and blowing vividly colored glass for over 20 years. Baker's work is exhibited internatinoally in numerous private and public collections.
