"Helen & Paris" or "Paris and Helen of Troy" is a work by Salvador Dali, an icon of 20th century avant garde art with a focus on Surrealism.
The scene is a figural landscape from mythology. Depicting a stone wall with Helen of Troy on the near side of the wall and a male figure on the other side. The figures posed in an endearing manner with their heads together. A horse stands off in the distance.
Numbered '148/250' to lower left and embossed signed lower right.
Presented fabulously within a decorative gilt finished frame with black mat and gilt trim around the work, and glazed.
