Rudolph Blind (British, 1846-1889) ink on paper, depicting a child in a sailor's outfit holding a fish on his rod, while two other children hold out vessels to catch it. The scene displays in well contrasted monochrome wash, with light hints of blue within white highlights. Signed in ink lower left. Displayed behind glass with a navy blue mat in a tiered pale gilt frame. A label affixed to the back reads "'Boy Fishing' Signed RB for Rudolf Blind, original drawing in pen."
Condition: Displays well with light toning. Scattered finish losses and wear to frame.
