From Royal Doulton, a fantastic group of 7 ladies in porcelain dated 1930s-1960s, wearing wonderfully detailed dresses, including:
Tuppence a Bag, featuring an elderly woman in a blue shawl surrounded by gray birds. She sits next to a wicker basket full of red produce and holds a bag of grain in one hand, feeding the birds with her other hand outstretched.
Antoinette, featuring a monochrome white ceramic woman in a billowing dress with gilt accents. She holds a delicately formed rose in her hand and looks at it in deep contemplation.
Lilac Time, featuring a woman in a scarlet dress with caplet and colorfully finished hat. She steadies her dress with one hand and supports a bouquet of purple and blue lilacs in the other.
Figure of the Month February, featuring a woman in a white dress with light purple accents, with a large neckline ruffle and beautiful purple flowers painted at the hem of her dress.
Figure of the Month December, featuring a woman with gray hair in a similar dress to the previous, with light green accents and white flowers with holly decorating her dress hem.
Cherie, featuring a young lady in a wonderfully hued blue dress. Her hat is accented with a yellow bow, complimenting the yellow handkerchief she holds.
Top o' the Hill, a small scale figure of a lady donning a blue and purple dress. She holds onto her black hat and wraps herself with a blue and red striped shawl.
Accompanied by two character plates in their original boxes, resting on yellow velvet interiors. The plates include "The Old Balloon Seller" and "Biddy Penny Farthing," depicting two cheerful elderly ladies in a bustling London street, both with colorful balloons.
