R. Pollard and Sons (British, 1758-1838) pair of hand colored engravings depicting fox hunt scenes. Behind glass and matted within wooden frames. The back of the frames feature remnants of an Arthur Ackerman & Sons label. Engraved signature in lower left, published in 1822 by R. Pollard & Sons in Holloway near London.
Condition: With expected signs of use, including toning to the paper. There appears to be a small tear to the paper in the corner of one of the engravings in the bottom left, which appears to have been carefully lined back up and placed to fit. Areas of wear and loss to the wooden frames are evident, as indicated in photography.
