From the limited edition of 325.
There is a notation listed on the certificate on verso describing the piece as having a "very rare hand-stamp signature by Renoir in cuivre. The signature appears in the lower right margin."
Wonderfully presented with a dark mat with a thin gilt band, within a wonderfully carved and gilt finished frame and glazed. There is a brass plaque to the frame denoting the artist as Pierre-Auguste Renoir and year of birth and death.
Provenance: Bearing a certificate on verso from N. Isen if Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as a Purveyor of Fine Art.
The certificate denotes the artist, title, year, medium, edition, catalogue, notation and condition.
And lastly the condition (at time of purchase).
The certificate is signed at the bottom.
Condition: Good, the paper is slightly wavy on its mount but overall in good condition and presents astoundingly well.
