This spectacular pen and ink drawing is a framed 3 dimensional work of art that has been meticulously crafted and well framed. The work, titled "The Neighborhood" can be hung in 4 different ways with a label on verso describing. The work which features detailed images of apartment buildings, streets, townhouses and City Hall.
The label on verso, which can be seen in the lot images, gives specific instructions of what appears whichever way the work is hung. The wiring on the back allows for the work to be hung in every described manner.
The work is highly detailed and an exceptional work of art.

The work is well framed with a black finished frame around the 3 dimensional paper work which is on a white mat and in a larger black finished frame and all glazed for protection.
