Pair of French Louis XVI style gilded bronze sconces with two lights with the crowns decorated with palm and twisted dolphins. The standard with crossed flags bearing coats of arms to support the two arms decorated laurel leaves on the right and oak leaves with acorns on the left. The sconces with wax covered candle covers.
Purchased in England and more than likely of Italian origin, circa 1880.
Dimensions: 9 1/8" W, 4 1/4" D and 18 1/2" H
Condition: few spots of bronze oxidation, overall good condition with a regal presentation.
