Item Description
A nicely painted 19th century Pennsylvania Dutch hall bench, featuring a tall rounded backrest displaying a circular scene of a church next to a river, surrounded by a draping fabric and floral motifs in subdued hues of blue, orange, and yellow. The worn paint of the seat beautifully accentuates the wood grain, followed by an apron with blending stripes in complimenting colors. Vasaform finials top simple arms on tapered legs.
Condition: In overall good condition with wear commensurate with age and use. Paint fading and loss, discoloration, surface scratches, nicks and wear around the edges. Slight wobble.
