Nat Lowell (1880-1956) etching print, "Trinity Church" of New York City. The work with a sticker on verso denoting the view is down Broadway of New York City depicting Trinity Church.
The etching print is pencil signed in the lower right corner out of plate. The print truly gives the viewer an impression of the vibrance of New York City, with a birds eye view looking at the hustle and bustle of the trolley cars and automobiles and the people walking the sidewalks. The work is fantastic in its level of detail.

Condition: There is some age related browning to the paper but overall the print presents very well in its frame.
