After Mort Kunstler (American, b. 1931) lithograph, "Winter Riders" numbered 1902/3000 (1995) accompanied with Certificate of Authenticity from the American Print Gallery in Gettysburg, PA explaining the history and background. Signed in ink beside edition number in the lower left, opposite from plate signature and dated '95. Depicts horizontally the procession that took place on February 5, 1863 in downtown Raleigh, of the 26th North Carolina at Gettysburg in The High Water Mark.' In the certificate it explains how the artist received expert historian help with appropriately staging the scene. Includes the Capitol dome with the Confederacy's First National Flag and the North Carolina State flag. While the Confederate flag is held by one of the Cavalry. Presented beneath UV protected glass in a warm toned frame custom framed from Slavin's Gallery and is wired.
Condition: With expected signs of age and wear including minor finish chip on the top left corner of frame but could be covered.
