Item Description
French period Empire console typical of the first half of the 19th century. Console has a rectangular top with light, slightly pinkish marble over a simple carved apron. There is an engaged column at the back and a large scroll leg in the front. The ensemble presents a narrow deeply curved bottom plinth. Stylish touch to any living room, foyer or bedroom.
Dimension: 32 3/4" wide x 17 1/2" deep x 35 1/2" high
Condition: Most of the piece is in near perfect condition however the veneer along the bottom has taken a beating.
