Lovely Assorted Collection Of Quimper Ceramic Wares, 20th C.

A lovely assorted collection of Quimper polychrome finished ceramic items including:

- Four small demitasse / tea cups. All with circular bowls and red hued trim and handle. Foliate sprays to the body.
Three are marked HB underfoot, while one is unmarked.

- Pair of teacups. Brown hued finish to trim and speckled finished handle. The bodies are wonderfully decorated in polychromatic floral sprays.
Impressed marked Quimper underfoot.

2"H x 3 1/2"Dia

- Two creamers of differing size and decorative motif.
The larger creamer with a tan hued finish to the body with brown hued band to shoulder under spout and handle. Marked HB Quimper underfoot.

4 1/2"H

Along with a smaller creamer with cream hued body, polychromatic floral sprays and yellow band to shoulder with smaller blue bands flanking. Speckled finished mouth and handle.

- A shell form dish with handle in Ivoire Corbielle. The dish has a scalloped rim with blue finished trim. Decorative rouge hued foliate and blue and rouge hued cell pattern trim. A central reserve depicting a Breton woman in traditional attire to center within a cell pattern reserve. Yellow finish to the shaped handle.
Marked Henriot Quimper / 82 underfoot.

- A four spouted ovoid form vase. With a tan hued finish and decorative polychromatic finished floral sprays to the body with three elongated spouts with brown finished mouth trim surrounding a central shorter spout with brown finished trim.
Impressed marked Quimper underfoot.

4 1/4"H x 5 1/2"Dia

- A circular ceramic dish with blue and yellow finished trim bands with floral sprays around the rim and a central reserve depicting a Breton woman in traditional attire holding a flower within a naturalistic landscape.
Marked HB Quimper / P.L underfoot.

Condition: There are chips and losses to the glazed finish of some trims and other discoloration marks to bodies and interiors commensurate with age and handling. Some of the wear and nics are original to firing but despite wear the lot presents wonderfully.
