Late 19th-Early 20th porcelain hand painted doll accompanied with fitted trunk with costumes in drawers along the hinged lid. She appears to be wearing all handmade custom pieces that flatter her adorable facial features with her rosy cheeks and blue eyes whose lids roll down when she rests flat. Relief curls and detailed from head to toe from the laced bonnet to the leather shoes. Standing within a green-beige checkerboard lined interior. Accompanied with clothes in a range of styles and pieces including a likely real fur shawl. The souvenir sticker decorated exterior of the case features an army green color fastened with brass hardware around the corners and lock clasps.
No key included.
Provenance - Lord Peter von der Geest
Condition: With expected signs of age and wear including some cracking noticed to the back portion of the doll's head and some light tarnish to hardware, some separation between the trim and case but still well intact. There is also a very distinctive odor that is prevalent. There are freshener balls within every drawer.
