Item Description
An appealing late 19th century curio secretary in warm tiger oak with gorgeous grain and stripes. A pierced and scrolled top is flanked by lion head columns on paw feet, supporting an arched open shelf with a mirror back. The left side of the unit boasts five shelves behind a domed glass door; while the right side displays a top shelf in similar form over a desk and three drawers with complimenting rounded fronts. The drop door desk opens to reveal small drawers and compartments at the top. The unit finishes on paw feet, tying together the lion theme.
Condition: With expected wear commensurate with age. Light wear to mirror. Scattered scratches, a partially repaired chip on the desk door, and a replaced screw on the keyhole plate. No keys included.
