A fantastic late 19th century cabinet with great Renaissance revival appeal, well crafted in warm-toned medium brown walnut, featuring a dovetail drawer at the top with a key adorned by a blue tassel, slightly overhanging a tall double door cabinet opening to four shelves within. The doors are beautifully detailed with demilune fan forms over rectangular panels, flanked by scalloped posts on the sides. Raised on stout bun feet, completing the design.
Condition
The right door is missing two triangular carved appliqués to the top of the door panels. Some splits to the table top on either end.
