“Les Maitres De L’Affiche” translates to (The Masters of the Poster). This series referred to a suite of poster prints by artists whom saw a market and with the enhancement of printing processes during the second half of the 19th century made works of smaller size than the larger form poster prints of the earlier 19th century.
Wear including a nic and minor loss to the trim on right hand side, losses to each corner and toning commensurate with age. Despite the image presents wonderfully.
