John Taylor Arms (American, 1887–1953) was a well known American artist, with a focus on Realist etching.
This particular etching print displays the artists awe inspiring talent with intricate details to the architecture and his use of perspective.
Pencil signed out of plate and dated 1925.
Presented matted, framed in a gilt finished frame and glazed with glass.

Frame: 21 3/4"h x 16 1/4"w
Condition: Foxing to the trim where the paper meets the mat. The print should likely be removed from its mat and frame and re matted to preserve. Despite some wear, the print presents very nicely.
