Kimber and Sharpless circa 1820s stereotype edition of the Holy Bible, opening with a "To the Reader" introduction written by John Witherspoon and including various images, one after Pietro da Cortona. Hard cover, bound in dark brown leather. A newspaper excerpt and paper label are affixed to the back interior.
Condition: Displays with expected wear commensurate with age. Leather wear, loss, and discoloration to the cover. Spine is in tact and appears sturdy. Paper toning, foxing, water staining, and wear around the edges with a few tears.
