Item Description
A striking center table that beckons you to take a good look! The Moroccan tile set is cement is tonal gold with brown diamond tiles and has a matching geometric border. It's a delight to pass your hand over and feel the texture and coolness. But this is easily surpassed by the beauty of the large prominent acanthus leaves that mount each leg.
The legs are an intricate array of swirls and culminate in one large gilt embellished sphere in the center. The apron mimics the same swirls in one large drape.
This is an extremely heavy table. It measures 47 1/2" wide and 30" high.
Condition: very good condition.
Would be perfect for a large area entry or living room. It's magnificent!
Provenance: The base was purchased in Santa Barbara California and the top in Greenwich for a total of $9000.
