A great collection of Chinese and Japanese decor, including three carved stone dishes, three small white porcelain dishes, and a beautifully painted porcelain dish from Gold Imari. Accompanied by a vintage clutch displaying a print of "Fine Wind, Clear Morning" after Hokusai (Japan, 1760-1849).
"Japanese Screens in Miniature" by Reiko Chiba features a collection of prints mounted to folding screens, labeled with additional information on the backs of each and decorated with gilt flecks; kept within a decorated case. The assortment finishes with a painted silk scroll signed upper right, labeled "No. 202A Landscape, 7x22 Made in Hong Kong;" and a miniature, hand-bound sketchbook of twelve ink drawings.
Condition: Pieces display well with expected wear commensurate with age. Scattered discoloration and finish wear to dishes. One one dish and one stone dish has previous repair that blends nicely. Toning to paper with light wear around the edges.
