Item Description
A George III solid mahogany dining table, circa 1820 - 1840, having a reeded edge, resting on a double pedestal base with splayed legs, terminating in brass capped feet with brass casters. The table is shown with (2) 21 3/4" leaves. Also included are (2) 42" wide custom leaves that the homeowner had made to accommodate additional seating. They are shown in the last photo.
Dimensions: as shown with the (2) 21 3/4" leaves the table is 114 1/2" L, 45" W and 29 1/2" H
Condition: two fine checking lines that extend across the width that are consistent with age and have been stabilized. Minor scratches.
