Condition
A split to the to top of the right side post from normal wood checking. Exceptionally Good condition overall with no other obvious signs of wear. The darker spots on the wood are the oils in the wood showing through the paint. The room was never used or slept in. It looks like it just came out of a showroom. The home served as a second home for 20 years. There were no children, no pets, UV-protected windows, and a strict no-shoes policy.
