Fine George II oak side table circa 1730 featuring a deep rich patina from original wax finish with hand engraved original brass hardware on a single frieze drawer, simple single notched apron raised on slight cabriole legs on a pad foot. Original purchase price $850 GBP from Peter Bell London, England, in 1986.
