Item Description
A fantastic collection of Chinese paper and bamboo folding fans. Includes five fans with matching teal leaves, two fans with matching cream white leaves, four large fans with ebonized frames supporting vibrant single-color leaves, and two oversized fans. The first oversized fan displays a burgundy purple frame supporting a dark blue paper painted with striking white flowers around a red cardinal bird. The other oversized fan displays a deep purple-brown frame supporting a dark blue paper painted with a group of cranes. All fans are gathered in a square box lined on the exterior with foliate patterns accented by birds.
Condition: Fans display well with scattered finish wear, discoloration, and paper wear with some small tears. One teal fan has a broken guard. Wear to box.
