Frances Flora Bond Palmer (English-American [NY], 1812-1876) published by Currier & Ives (American [NY], active 1835-1907) "Winter Morning" lithograph depicting a figure in blue riding a red sleigh pulled by two horses across a snowy path past an American homestead. A pale yellow house with blue shutters and double chimneys is seen behind a red barn with cows, ducks, and chickens. Figures ice skate on a frozen lake in the background, scaled by the surrounding hills and vast, clear gray sky. Fine print below the image reads "F.F. Palmer, Del.; Entered according to act of Congress in the year 1861 by Currier & Ives in the Clerk's Office of the District Court of the United States for the Southern District of New York; Currier & Ives Lith. N.Y." with the title below. Displayed behind glass in a medium brown wood frame with a twisting trim.
Condition: Displays well with paper toning and minor foxing. Light wear to frame.
