A fantastic aerial view of central Paris with the Palais de l'Industrie in the foreground, the Place de la Concorde and the Louvre with the river Seine to the right. From Henri Charpentier's 'Paris dans sa splendeur' published in 1861, which explains the number 3 centered underneath the plate. Professionally framed beneath glass in a handsome wood frame.
Condition: In overall good condition with expected signs of age and use including some minor marks to frame but not easily noticeable.
