Item Description
A fine set of six chairs with outstanding Neoclassical form and excellent contrasting dark marquetry. The chairs, with dowel and tongue& groove construction have four square tapered legs, with inlaid marquetry motifs to the frame. Openwork seat back. Geometric Marquetry decoration to the frames and finials to seat back top rail. The set is custom upholstered a thick jacquard damask fabric with repeating woven motif.

Condition: Please see detail photos. Various signs of age and use include some old spotting and lighter stains to the seat fabric , time softened losses, nicks and chips to the frames and an old re-glued veneer section all being mentioned for accuracy as the presentation is superb.
