Eliza Rosanna Lamb Barchus (American, 1857-1959), Known as Mrs. J.H. Barchus, oil on board landscape painting depicting a narrow stream flanked by bare-branched winter trees piercing a pale blue sky that surrounds a snow-capped mountain. The artist's name is stamped on the back of the board. Displayed without glass in a gilt frame with ornate foliate relief, topped with a gallery light.
Dimensions: 16 3/4" w x 14 3/4" h (excluding light) SS: 12" w x 10" h
Condition
Displays well with some minor paint wear around the corners. Finish wear and some small spots of relief loss to the frame. The light has not been tested. Please review the pictures as they are a part of the condition report.
