Item Description
A well cast bronze of Adolphe Jauréguy (18 February 1898 – 4 September 1977) a French rugby union player who competed in the 1924 Summer Olympics. He is running with one raised leg, holding a ball with both hands. He is sporting a moutsache, shorts with a long-sleeved shirt tied at the neck. The figure is mounted on a textured oval mound and signed.
Dimensions: 14" H, 8" L, and 6" W
Condition: ever so slight movement to mounted leg and the bolt may be able to tighten on verso.
