A magnificent Drexel dresser chest in stately Chippendale style, well crafted with stunning flame mahogany veneers in rich red-brown. The dresser sports a top row with a long drawer and two short drawers over four short lower drawers, all adorned with brass bail handles on pierced batwing plaques. Raised over classic bracket feet with a scalloped crest at the center of the apron.
Condition
Gentle wear but overall a very handsome piece. A spot of chipped veneer loss to the edge of the apron crest and discoloration/residue to the drawer interior.
