Item Description
A lovely, decorative collection trio of Chinese mixed media figural sculptures and carvings.
Including a delightfully carved and finished wooden figure or Shou Lao, the Deity representing longevity and immortality with his signature oversized head, staff and holding a peach in his left hand.
Together with a delightfully carved and finished wood figure of Hotei, with his arms raised and draped robe open with his signature pot belly sticking out.
Together with a glazed ceramic mud men figural sculpture depicting two elders dressed in crackle glazed robes with their white hair in traditional hair style. The men are seated opposite eachother at a table with one man clutching an item on top of the table.
Condition: There is some wear to the finish of the wood sculptures, with a chip and loss to the thumb of one of Hotei's raised arms. There is a crackled finish to the glaze and slight wear to the finish and nics and dark spots to the mud men sculpture. There appears to be slight cracks and losses to the hair but overall all three sculptures present well as decorative objects to be placed throughout ones environment.
