This Councill Craftsman mahogany sideboard has a wonderful serpentine form front and stands on 6 tapered legs, each with string inlaid trim. The elegant sideboard has two central flame mahogany drawers with satinwood inlaid border trim. Both drawers fitted with two oval gilt brass handle escutcheons along with a with central key escutcheon. Flanking the two central serpentine form long drawers are two shaped cabinet hinged door which open to spacious compartments. Both doors, like the two central drawers, are decorated with gorgeous flame mahogany and satinwood inlaid trim and also have brass key escutchons to open. The wonderful inlaid satinwood of the doors has corner shell decoration further enhancing the overall appearance. Even further there is marquetry decorated trim to the side front and bottom case border trim, just above the legs.
There are two brass keys present with this lot that can be found in the top center drawer.

Condition: There are nics and scratches and chips and losses to finish which can mostly be seen in the attached lot images. There is a chip to the front right center leg outside the string inlay along with other small blemishes that could likely be touched up. None of the blemishes substantially detract from this sideboards incredible overall presentation which is STUNNING!
