Item Description
A wonderful collection of antique clothes, featuring:
A pink silk bodice with a netting exterior heavily beaded in white, pink, and gilt; flower and butterfly wing motifs along a V-shaped beaded neckline. Looks to be size XS or youth. Has scattered rips, most notably to the lining and around the pits. Pit stains, loose beading, and wear/detachment to the interior waist tape.
Brown silk bodice and bustle skirt with black and white polka-dot pattern. The blouse is boned and has ruffles with large bishop sleeves. The skirt is finished with a velvet hem and includes built-in bum padding. In sturdy condition with some loose threads and trims. Waist approximately 16" flat.
A beige and brown finely plaid one-piece dress with a matching jacket, accented with maroon ribbon and velvet respectively. Appears to be XXS or youth. Dress waist approx. 11." The dress has ribbon stripes and bodice pleating, finished with an attached bow belt. The jacket is boned and adorned with sparkling floral rhinestone faux buttons. Scattered discoloration, small moth holes, staining.
White/Cream silk bodice and bustle skirt. The bodice is boned and finished with a long collar and an integrated embroidered mesh neckerchief that compliments lace at the sleeves. Skirt waist approx. 14" flat. Holes, discoloration, small tears, loose threads and trims.
An assortment of other blouses and accessories, including corset covers, bonnets, and a pair of white silk heels size 37 with an indistinct maker's name on the interior of one, legible Buffalo NY in a Parks-Chambers inc. shoe box.
