David L. Herron last will in testament for $75,000 issued in the State of Mississippi on September 2, 1862. Includes beneficiaries Thomas JN Bridges, Samuel B. Herron, Ephraim S. Fischer & John C. Carragee. Handwritten on lined paper in script along one folded page and signed by all above on the front and signed again el verso by Bridges and S.B. Herron.

Condition: In overall good condition with expected signs of age and wear including toning and crease, minor frayed edges, tearing near the center crease. Adds to aesthetic and doesn’t prevent readability. Presented a protectant sleeve.
