Circa Late 19th - Early 20th Century Lunéville Opaque earthenware covered soup tureen with artichoke leaf handles mirroring its stylized artichoke pull, slight blue tinted trim, marked underside, and stamped 1L under the lid and and base.*
Condition: In overall good condition with expected signs of age and wear including considerable crazing, minor chip to handle, and slight breaks in the handles, pull, and a brown hairline near rim but still a fine piece and aesthetically pleasing. Would not recommend for the dishwasher.
Measures approximately: 16”w x 6 3/4”d x 13”h
