Part of the "Historic Charleston" collection, it is crafted from mahogany and features distinctive book-matched flame mahogany veneers with satinwood and mahogany spiral banding. The chest with four drawers having well cast brass drop pull handles. The top perimeter with marquetry inlay and well as flanking the oval medallions on the drawers. The chest with a shaped frieze and resting on tapering feet.
