Item Description
Tall narrow heavily carved dark stained walnut cabinet with overall leafy carved moldings. The top with a carved crest and urn finials over a carved leafy cornice (some chips), frieze with lion masks (chip to left one) flanking a center mask with scrolls. With double beveled glass doors with arched carved moldings (the top of the right door with crack and chip, old repair). Left middle molding replaced.
The doors flanked by female caryatid figures (right one worn) over lion masks. No shelves.
The lower cabinet with lion mask drawers (with chamfered bottoms) and a center mask and scroll frieze. Some chips to lion masks. With atlas supports (right one worn) flanking carved double doors with palmettes, lion masks (right one worn) and urns. One shelf inside.
Raised on mask and scrolled feet in front, right back leafy scroll foot preserved; the left one replaced with block foot.
